We offer a wide range of cheeses made from cow, sheep, goat and buffalo milk. From fresh cheeses and spreadable creams to cave-aged varieties, each product is handcrafted, following traditional Transylvanian recipes.
Yes. All our cheeses are produced in the heart of Transylvania, in collaboration with local farms and traditional cooperatives. They are then brought to Belgium, to bring the authentic Romanian taste closer to you.
Țaga cheese is a unique product in the world, naturally matured in a limestone cave.
This cave houses a rare bacteria – Brevibacterium linens – which gives the cheese an unmistakable aroma and texture.
It is the only Romanian cheese to have won a gold medal in Paris, since 1899.

Cheeses are best stored in the refrigerator, wrapped in wax paper or cling film, at a temperature between 2–6°C. It is recommended to consume within 3–5 days after opening.
Charcuterie and other delicacies
We use pork, deer, duck, pheasant, wild boar and mangalitsa meat, carefully selected and prepared by hand, according to traditional Transylvanian recipes.
The Mangalița is a native pig breed, renowned for its tender meat rich in healthy fats. It is considered the “golden pig” of Transylvania due to its special taste.
Yes. We only use hardwood (beech or oak) for smoking, without adding artificial flavors. The process is slow, natural, and provides an authentic flavor to each product.
Of course! We prepare personalized cheese and charcuterie platters, perfect for events, tastings or special gifts.
